What to include
Three things get you an accurate figure first time:
- Where the site is — a postcode or what3words is perfect
- What's on it — a rough count of equipment items, and whether there's a MUGA, skate park or outdoor gym alongside
- What you're after — a one-off operational inspection, a standing quarterly round, or advice on setting up the full regime
Photos help but aren't essential. If you manage several sites, list them all — grouped rounds are priced per round, not per call-out.
