Inspection services
Everything with a swing, a ramp, a goal or a pull-up bar on it — inspected to the relevant British Standard, reported clearly, and priced without surprises.
What we inspect
- Operational playground inspections — the detailed 1–3 monthly check (our core service)
- Routine visual inspections — weekly checks, or training for your own staff
- MUGA inspections — multi-use games areas to BS EN 15312
- Skate park inspections — to BS EN 14974
- Outdoor gym inspections — to BS EN 16630
- Holiday park play area programmes — pre-season and in-season
- Parish and town council inspections — fixed-fee and quarterly rounds
- School playground inspections — term-time schedules
Every inspection includes
- Item-by-item check of all equipment, surfacing and ancillary items (gates, fencing, seating)
- Photographed defects with a low / medium / high risk rating and the relevant BS EN reference
- Clear recommended actions written so a contractor can price against them directly
- Digital report within 48 hours — filed so this year's report reads against last visit's findings
Annual inspections — delivered through our partner
The independent annual main inspection requires RPII Annual-grade accreditation — a separate qualification from the routine and operational grades we hold. We provide it through our accredited Annual-grade partner: Cornwall Play Safety schedules the visit, the Annual-grade inspector carries it out, and you get one contact and one invoice for the complete three-tier regime.
What we don't do
We don't sell repairs, equipment or maintenance — which means our reports are never shaped by what we'd like to fix. What we find is what you get.
